WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

- All items that are ordered will be shipped on the next working day.

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?

Free shipping is on select items only. FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

If you ordered an EasyStringer, you will receive your item(s) within 5 working days. For all Free, Standard or International Shipping orders please allow 3 to 10 working days to receive your item(s). However in some extreme cases, shipping times may be longer.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship everywhere!

HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE…. 

Orders shipped to locations outside of the Republic of Ireland may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient - Rafiki Tennis has no control over these charges, nor can Rafiki Tennis predict what they may be. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country - you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our office is located in the Republic of Ireland.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
