At Rafiki Tennis, we aim to dispatch all orders on the day they are received, so you can get back on the court as quickly as possible.

Processing Time Where possible, orders are processed and dispatched the same day when placed during business hours. Orders placed outside of business hours will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Times We ship worldwide. While delivery times vary by destination, we aim to have all orders delivered within 10 working days of dispatch. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
